Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://logisticstowing.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Logistics Towing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Logistics Towing provides Emergency Towing, Flat tire change, Fuel delivery, Jump-start service, Motorcycle towing, Towing service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://logisticstowing.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Logistics Towing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation. In no event will Logistics Towing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Logistics Towing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. IL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IL.
